About the event

Goat Yoga is a fun-filled outdoor class guaranteed to make you smile! Meet us on the farm in Knoxville, TN for a one-of-a-kind experience you’ll never forget. Laughter and playfulness abound as adorable pygmy goats roam through this gentle and easy practice. There are plenty of opportunities for photos and goat snuggles – wear something you don’t mind getting dirty, the goats may or may not climb on you and your mat!

The Goats Pygmy goats are a small breed that are friendly by nature. Some may want to check out your yoga mat, jump on your back, or get a scratch or a cuddle. Some might simply want to observe from nearby and graze as we practice. Either way, you are welcome to pet them! Adding goats to yoga brings a dimension of joy, light-heartedness and laughter to the practice - they create a distraction and challenge your ability to focus, and will definitely put a smile on your face!

The Yoga Yoga in itself is a great way to get a full-body stretch, release stress and center your mind. The class will be easy and gentle - perfect for beginners! The practice is about an hour long and led by certified, experienced instructors.

Feel free to bring a camera to take photos before and after class! Once we’re done with yoga, it’s dinner time for the goats. You’re welcome to help feed them and get some extra snuggles in! Handcrafted soaps and lotions produced with goat’s milk on the farm will be available for sale as well.
